Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband wants to give me divorce. me and my family tried a lot to save our marriage but he and his family are not ready for any thing. So now before we proceed ahead to file for divorce or end it with mutual consent i will like to know about my rights and about the alimony i can demand for according to Hindu law 2014. Its very important for me to know in detail so that i am not dependent on my parents in future.
