Legal Question in Family Law in India
My husband has to give the interim payment ordered in Feb 2015 but still I cannot get it. They are saying that part amount has paid only for my daughter but for me they are going to high court. How can I know that they have paid the amount for my daughter and how can I know that they have gone for an appeal. Pls guide me.

if they pay for daughter, they would either transfer in her account or pay you through court. to know their appeal status, you may file a caveat in the high court.
