husband has been granted divorce on his petition u/s 13 (1) (1a) in trial court, but now wife has filed appeal in high court against divorce decree of trial court. appeal pending in high court for last 2 years in which husband has also appeared to contest appeal. now husband has remarried after 2 yrs during pending appeal.
please guide husband whether it is a good trick played by husband by getting remarried in order to speed up conclusion of appeal as court and ex-wife deliberately delaying appeal
and what is legal status of remarriage

Second marriage is illegal since done during the pending of appeal. Bring to notice of the High court this fact so that he could be penalize. You can also challenge his marriage in family court.
