My husband actually harassed me after marriage for many reasons, beat me, and i got slip disc as a result of his beatings, and deserted me for 14 months and now he has filed divorce......he does not want to stay with me. Today, after this marriage, i have no health, no wealth, and no life partner. Is there any law wherein i can continue to stay with him.? if no, what maintenance will I be given............
