Legal Question in Family Law in India
My Husband is holding a French passport and he is also having a OCI card.I want to file a 498a case against him but i know that he will never return to India and attend the case.In this situation is it possible to get his NRI account with HDFC bank freezed and force him to come to India and pay me the Alimony?

dear client court will send him summons and if he will not attain case then court will take action through embassy and force him to come to India. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
