i am a husband i:

i want to file divorce petition in family court, i hv. two houses one is in Bangalore another in mumbai

but i permanently shifted to Bangalore.

where i filed the divorce petition either in mumbai or in Bangalore

what is the procedure?

and jurisdiction of court?

marriage held in Bangalore matrimonial house is mumbai

now husband shifted to Bangalore........ where

You may file divorce at any of the following three places :

(a) Place of residence of the respondent

(b) Place of Marriage;

(c) Place where both of you resided last as husband and wife.
