Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband and i have a joint property. he has paid for the property with his funds. but the registered agreement has my name as co-owner.

i have filed for divorce and my husband is now threatening to prove that the property does not belong to me under benami act as he contributed to purchase. what is remedy i have to safeguard my co-ownership
