My husband tried to kill me and my son according to his plan.....i left him 4 yrs ago.,..he blackmailed me for divorce..i filed 498A. now he has come to negotiation and is only ready to give me 45 lacs out of his multimillion property.. in return he wants me to withdraw my case and also gv it in writing tht i and my son surrender our right in his ancestral property.Should I agree with the petty amount to run my and my childs life?...Will the Indian law give us our share in his property?
