My husband left me in between..he is not responding to cals or mess..not giving back all my marriage things n not going for divorce..what should I do to take back all my marriage expenses for cheating n how to make him pay monthly if we go for divorce

you have a number of options viz. filing a complaint under domestic violence act, seeking maintenance u/s 125, filing complaint before the crime against women cell for your stridhan etc.
