Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband left india after one year of our marriage and promised me that he will take me there a couple of months later. Soon after reaching there he started giving me excuses to not to do so. i did whatever he asked me to do. He asked me to leave my job. He promised me he will take care of my finances. After a year he stopped talking to me. He says he wants divorce from me, but is not coming back to proceed with the formalities. I am blocked every where, cant even contact him. He is not sending me any financial help. His parents are not willing to help. What legal actions can I take in this case?
