Legal Question in Family Law in

my husband left me for saudi arabia and now is denying to our marriage. my in laws too are troubling me. they even demand money to support me. i need to file a case to request the passport authorities to impound hid passport.

help me please.

You should go ahead with your decision. You may also file a criminal case against him for cruelty etc. under IPC and DVA.
