Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am a husband, legally admitting I was a victim of 498A since Sep'2013. Within this two years I have suffered the cruelty of my wife and her family with no utter in my lips. Now Honorable Court has acquitted me and my entire family from the charges made by my beloved wife. My one more designation is a father of my child who is now 5 years old, whom I have not been allowed to see for past two years. My spouse is so desperate that she can unfollow the court's order with no guilt of letting me see the child. I have filed my divorce on Aug'2014 in contest manner. Please advice me by three answers.

Q1. What is the possibility of getting divorce, although if my wife don't allow me to leave or she gives objection in giving me divorce?

Q2. What is the possibility & How can I get My child's custody?

Q3. What is the probability of getting defamation fro my wife & her family?

Dear client as she filed false case of 498 a and it got rejected by honorable court. So it is good ground of cruelty to get divorce. File custody petition under guardianship and wards act to get custody of child. For any legal help call me
