My husband doesnt wants live with me. Hindu marriage. After our marriage he stayed 20days with me. After thst he wents to his work place. Demanding additional dowry. And we are agreed for that. Then also he doesnt take back me. 498a and op filed. Recently I heard that he wants marry an other girl with out divorce. We are not applyed for mutual consult. Still I am waiting for my husband

he can not remarry without divorce except he change his religion

Dear client if he will do second marriage without divorcing u then u can file bigamy case against him. He will get five years punishment. For any legal help call me
