he has committed no offence by merely living with her. that woman's husband can file a criminal case.

You may send him to Jail on 2 counts 1. if the women he stays with is married. if yes then he is liable for adultery. If not then 2. File a complaint against him under 498A IPC to the nearest CAW cell. You may drop in a detailed query at [email protected]
