Legal Question in Family Law in India

husband is living with his widow mother in a house ( ancestral property) which mother had transfered in her name after death of husbands father and grand parents. now husband wants divorce from his wife who lived with him only few months. do wife have any right on that house ( ancestral property) ? can mother evict son from that property?
