Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband and I did love marriage on 27-12-2017....after that his mom and sister treated me like a servant....I returned my parents home for job(Working in SBI)....after that they are asking for money indirectly....they are tortured a lot ....and now he is not at all talking to me...he didn't called me and text me.......I want to file a case against them...what I have to do...but I want my husband back....he is now preparing for civils....he resigned his present job as assistant manager in SBI....so please suggest me...

If possible, give some more time for things to settle down. Try to be calm and avoid litigation, at this stage.
