My husband married me to kill me and claim my life insurance policy.....he is a fraud....

I have filed 498a against him after begging for divorce for three years for which he demanded huge money as he already has illegal relations and did not want to give me divorce before blackmailing me..... Now he says he wants to give some money so that I withdraw 498 a case..... I still believe after quashing of the case in the high court he will again backout from giving me divorce......what precautions should I take?

Firstly, the 498A can be quashed by the court at your request. But before that, you need to take an undertaking from him for divorce and put it in court's record. Otherwise, there shall be a risk.
