Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband has been married without my knowledge butin the family court he said living relation and he has got one child ofthe living relation lady ,but my husband is staying with that lady and my inlaw encourging her but iam staying in laws house separetly past 6years now my mother in law passed away so including my husband they are four brothers. do i have any right in my husband share or my husband has any right to vacant me from hisso far he has not given any alimony monthly expenditure or medical expeneses,there is pressure on me to vacate house in the court the judgment given judicial separation , please guide me what is my postion in my husband place till today iam staying in the same house.

File case of Bigamy against your husband

File case of Maintenance and domestic violence but mention in the complaint that he frequently visit you. Only then you will save your rights on this house.
