Legal Question in Family Law in India
my husband has married again without my knowledge and has a kid also, i tried to cooperate with him till now and was supporting him financially too as he is not earning, but now at times he acts wierdly, humiliate me in front of others, drinks a lot, abuse me in front of others and not ready to leave his second wife and kid. i cannot carry on like this now but he is not ready to give me divorce, until now i used to visit him every month as i work out of station but now because of his recent change in behaviour, i dont want to continue, is it possible to get a divorce without his knowledge or without his consent because he will never agree to it and will not even go to court for hearing and how much time it will take. I am working out of station so cannot come to court frequently, please advice

dear client u can file case of bigamy against him for his second marriage. he will get punishment up to seven years jail for that. also u can ask divorce on this ground. for any legal help call me 9422611385
