can my husband passport be revoked?
i've been in wedlock for 6.5 months i.e got married last sep 29th and my husband is least concerned about taking me to kuwait where he works and doesn't provide maintenance and harassing me for dowry and verbally abusing me and my family and i conceived within a month of my wedding , he left to kuwait after a month of wedding and we hardly had a talk for 10-15 times till date , he says do whatever u want i don't care and my fetus from prenatal bilateral hydronephrosis and hez not even responding to this,he told me i will not come to india and u suffer there and u can't do anything as the case will be pending and nobody will come here to arrest me . i'm disturbed mentally and suffering from many health issues , being first time pregnant and no emotional support from husband and hez even abusing my entire family verbally,i ust want to get him punished.he is from hyderabad and i'm from vijayawada.Please help me with ur valuable suggestions.he even asked me to go for abortion or give birth upto u.

Dear client u can file police complaint against him.under sec 498 a. U can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. Ask maintenance from him. Court will issue warrant through embassy against him to Kuwait. For any legal help call me
