My husband is a private sector employee.his monthly income is Rs. 60000 inr.i have no document to prove it. How can i prove his actual salary in court regarding maintenance case i india.

as per directions of supreme court, a detailed affidavit needs to be filed by both the parties before maintenance is decided. ask the court to pass orders as per punit kaur's judgment.
