my husband purchased a flat in kolkata, jointly name with me. now we are being seperated. how much share i can claim in that flat?

since it is in joint names, whether you seperate or not, it is yours to the extent of one-half (1/2)

you may claim half the share but in case your husband disputes the same on the ground that he is the one who paid the consideration, your claim may get delayed.
