Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi, My husband has put divorce case. Now he is asking for out of court settlement, in the settlement out of court , i have asked x amount for child maintenance, but husband is not ready to give even though his salary is big enough and telling to give 1/4th amount of what i have asked for. From 4 yrs he has not given anything.Can he say he cant give in court, will court agree? Can he withdraw the case now as he does not want to give maintenance? If so then what should i do?
