I want to know that my husband send me divorce notice first...does he get more importance in court room ...

Does his allegations on me get more importance ..

My lawyer told me all this that who send notice first will get more importance in court.....

Other thing I want to know that how can I prove his allegations are false n how I can prove his physical n mental tortures on me...can I transfer case from Ajmer to chittorgarh...i don't want to go on hearing date to Ajmer..
