Hi my husband send one side divorce with only rs 80000 .i m staying with my two twince kids with my brother v staying apart from 3 yrs.now since he send divorce d amount send is not enougf for me n my children. His details are
Its a join muslim family 3 brothers n ter wife n two children each n der parents.
All propertys n bankA/c in name of my motherinlaw.ter yearly incomeaprox 1 crore.its a join faily.can i clame for more money for my n my kids maintenances.
What if my motheilaw diowne him.
What r d sleps they il take to disown him
Can they say he works as just as a employ at his mother house
