Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband got separated from me and my daughter and now he is applying for divorce in Australia and we both are in india will Australia government allow him to apply for divorce in Australia and I don't want a divorce what can I do me and my daughter also hold Australian permanent resident give me a good suggestion as my husband got permanent residence because of my property and now he is there and he wants to leave us tell what must i do

Dear client if he apply for divorce there their then I can oppose divorce through lawyer and tell the court as I both r Indian so Australia court has no jurisdiction. For any legal help call me
