Legal Question in Family Law in India
husband is having std this was opinion of the doctors during treating the pregnant wife.wife is getting infection during cohabitation.husband is not ready for test.family court did not order for the test on the contrary order the decree of divorce,stating that the wife could not prove husband is suffering from std on the grounds of cruelity.the case is in high court.
