My husband threatens me that he will give his flat and FDs to charity and not leave anything for me and my son.He tortures me mentally and financially.He is also having extra marital affairs at the age of 65 .Will I or my son get our share of the property?I am planning to make a complain against him for harrasment.Will it be worth it?

Dear client u can ask share in property by filling suit for partition in civil court. U can ask maintenance for u and son from husband. U can make complaint against him for mental harassment with women cell of police. For any legal help call me on 9422611385 or 8446247807
