My husband thresten ne beat ne abd keft house in 4th sept.. And tikk now not cone home. Nor giving me rent money nor ne expense. Instd of taking help from police nothing hapnd.. Wat shud i do. he harased me for dowry and am had beed thru domestic voilence.. Married since 2years

dear client u can file dowry harassment complaint with police under sec 498-a of Indian penal code. u can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment. u can ask maintenance from husband under sec 125 of criminal procedure code. u can also ask divorce on the ground of cruelty. for any legal help call me on 9422611385
