husband throw his wife from his house without any reason. wife lodged a complaint in CAW cell where husband refused to live with wife and says that he has lost faith in wife and she can come only through court. now FIR is registered in police station. wife dont want divorce.

what husband means by saying that she can come through court only if he is not accepting wife on any condition?

It means that wife can only come through court order only. It is an attempt to murder case and police has rightly registered the FIR. Wife has every right to live in her matrimonial house as provided under Domestic Violence Act. Take the help of police and also lodge complaint in court. Wife can also claim maintenance and she is entitled to live with all dignities. Divorce can not be based merely on the mercy of husband or his likening or dis likening. There must be some grounds for divorce. Contest the case. Consult a lawyer with all details and particulars.
