Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband had thrown me out of his house. he wants divorce but wants mutual consent because he dont have any proof against me and also dont want to pay ailmony. he is not ready for any compromise and putting false alligation on me and my family.
i wanted to go back to my matrimonial home thats why i had not filed so many cases on him. i only filed crpc 125.
the same day i filed case my lawyer called my husband and told him everything. my husband were earning 40k per month by doing a private job.
after knowing about case he had left his job.
1) can i file RTI to get the proof of his salary of his previous job?
2) how to file RTI?
3) will i get maintanance or how much amount approx. as i dont have any proof of his income and my lawyer dont advice me well?
