Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband till has not get the appointment letter for his permanent job. Now we are heading for mutual divorce. Can i make an agreement that he is ready to give Rs....as maintanence and after getting appmnt letter he is agreed to give me an increased amount of Rs....until my marrige or a good job. If he violate it then i can take legal action. Pls answer sir. Thank you.

1) If he does not get the appointment letter, u will lose the increased amount.

DEAR MADAM

you need to mention these things in your mutual divorce petition it self ..............

and produce the same in court ....this shall be more valid and he shall be bound to do so ....

even ask him to give a affidavit for the same .......
