My husband Told me he is in live in relationship with a girl in Taiwan and also saying he Is unhappy to marry me. And I dnt hv any proof of all this. In that case if I file divorce How long does exparte take place?

How could you say that he will not contest the case and you will be granted an ex parte divorce and even if he does not contested, what is the guarantee that you will get order in your favour. You have certain misconception.
Even if he becomes ex parte, you have to prove adultery to the satisfaction of the court. As u r saying that you don't have any proof, its futile to file. Better put up your brain and collect at least some sort of proof though the best option is to go for a mutual consent divorce. What is the point in living with a person who does not love you.
