Legal Question in Family Law in India

my husband has told me that i will receive court summons in next 10 days regarding divorce. My marriage was held in 7 november 2012 and i am staying in my inlaws house only. So is it possible to send summons within 1 year of marriage if i am staying in my inlaws house only. He is also staying in the same house but in different room. I just want to know that what should i do. Should i approach to a lawyer or police. he is not doing any physical harm to me but mentally he is touturing me by switchon the tv in night and with full volume...inlaws are also taunting me and they want me to leave the home.Can u please suggest me what step should i take

when he switch on the TV in full volume just make a call 100 to police and inform about high volume and his torture and then approach the court for Domestic and other case.
