My husband is torturing me not only physically but also mentally since one year after my marriage to till date (near about 5 years). Because I am not able to give birth a child due to some Gainec problems. My husband is very careless person he has no responsibility towards me to performing medical check up & any other problems.. He was take me for guinec operation forcefully after one year of my marriage in a Govt Hospital & this operation was perform in wrong way & it was un-successes. then He bring his uncle�s daughter age about 16 for helping me in house work since 1 year & he make sexual relation with her , so that I have already been decided since 1 year to never sleeping together and whenever I opposed to my husband he tell me very rough word and beaten me. So I want divorce from my husband but he was refused to give me the same & any time threatening me to marriage a new girls. I am also accept his threatening of marriage, and advice him to get marriage his uncle�s daughter and decide to leave him.

So what I will do, stated me how I can free from him and his torture. What are the process to go through the Mahila Commission & and how the divorce is being possible.

if you feel your marriage cannot be saved, you may file the divorce case on the grounds of cruelty. However, if you have evidence of adultery, then you may add another ground of adultery but you will have to make girl the party also.
