my husband treated me with cruelty for 3 years. i called the police one fine day when he beat me to death and lodged a DDR against him. he was fine for a week but abused me again. this time i took my little daughter and left the city to go to my friends in kolkata. unforunately my father in law contacted me and assured me a solution. i came back and continued to stay in my matrimonial home with my daughter without my husband. now after 2 months of living separetly my husband has filed for a divorce under adultery. he suspects that i have an affair with a man in kolkata. i dont know what to do since i don't want to give him a divorce. he has also filed a suit for mandatory injunction. he wants me to grant him a divorce and also to leave my matrimonial house. help!
