Legal Question in Family Law in India

husband wanted divorce. he throws wife from house 1 year ago. forced and threat wife for divorce. later wife file complaint in women cell. she wanted to live with the husband.

now husband is ready to live with wife on conditions that wife has to take back complaint from women cell and she will have to live with his mother in other state in india (wife will have to do SEWA of mother in law).

if wife go for divorce he dont wants to pay a single rupee.

what are the wifes rites?
