My husband will not take care of me. He will always listen to my father-in-law, his sister and his elder brother. My daughter is in 10th Std. but my in-laws will not let him take care of our home and my daughter more. We will have to do all our work independently and my husband will be always be with them and he will help them in all ways. Though I am working, my husband will not help me in any work and if I ask him to give me time, then he will fight with me or hit me. Guide me to teach him and his family a lesson. My husband is planning to move to other city by next year. Can I file a case or complaint for bad things happening wit me here in the next city after a year

Dear client u can file complaint with women cell of police against husband and his family under sec 498 a for physical violence. U can also file domestic violence case for mental harassment.
