My husband is not working and i am the one earning.....now my father in law who is a lawyer is telling me that he will file a suit on my husband behalf to claim maintenance from me and wants me to maintain my husband
what can i do im in a lot of stress.

Dear only ill or handicap husband can cliam maintenance from wife. If yr husband is well educated and have no disability then u need not to pay maintenance. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
