Legal Question in Family Law in India

My husband works with my father in law but he doesn't get any fixed expenses. My father in law threatens to throw him out of the house if he demands for it. I have been married for more than 8 years but they never bear any of my expenses. I have a 7 year old daughter so I work part time to meet my expenses. Since last 2-3 months my father in law is troubling for my daughter's expenses also. Her school fees is never paid on time and this may result in her termination of her admission. My husband is not ready to leave his family business and do a separate work or job. Is there any legal way by which I can get my daughter's monthly expenses on time?
