I hve challenged the decree of judicial seperation in high court case is admitted and recods hve been called in the mean while my husband has filled review of the decree in family/same court whether the case in High court will b decided or both cases may run simultaenously plz explain me the procedure plz rply

both the cases would run concurrently.

you need to mention it to the court, specifically and in writing the pendency of review/appeal.
