Legal Question in Family Law in India

I hve challenged the judicial seperation decree in high court & now the high court mediation is on but as my husband has thrown me out of the house so no chance of mediation he want divorce & I dont now during the process mediator is asking me to produce an application that as my husband dont want to keep me & i dont want divorce then in this case stop the mediation & start the court process want to knw that if i file this type of applicatio does it cause any adverse effect in my case as we both hve attende the process for 3-4 time & the 90 days period of mediation is about to end plz rply

1) If u do not agree, mediation is not binding on u.

2) Ur options to file before court is open.
