Legal Question in Family Law in India

I hve challenged the judicial seperation order of family court in high court now in the process hve been called for mediation but dont wanna attend the same as hve gone thru this process many times in the previous court is it mandatory for me to attend the mediation I m avoiding the same as there is a tragic past behind it and hve to go thru all this agian really don't wanna go thru it can I skip the process plz rply

1) When u urself challenged the lower court order in High Court, if u fail to attend, ur petition will be dismissed and the lower court order will be binding on u.

2) Be present on the date called and tell what u want to say through ur Attorney. The High Court if satisfied will pass suitable orders.
