hy sir/madam

i m get married just three month before but there after i knew that she was in relationship with another gay.and they also have phisical relationship.i have call recording as proof.so plz tell me that i can get divorce on this proof. ?????meansit is suffcient evidence.????

Yes, Adultery is a ground for Divorce. You can get divorce upon such proof.

yes, u may get divorce but u have to file application for getting permission to get divorce before one year of marriage
