Legal Question in Family Law in India
Iam married for 2 years,husband in saudi.both husband over phone & In laws when visited them used to mentally torture me .Husband was called by parents for speaking on this issue.Later it rose to file FIR ,he was absconded & we went into mutual agreement for divorce.I received amount but they are wantedly delaying papers .Police said case closed.What to do now?Husband is in saudi.

you mean to say that you have received the settlement amount but he still has not divorced you. if the delay is reasonable, you may have to wait.
