Legal Question in Family Law in India

iam from meerut (up) and there is no anticipatory bail in up. in false 498a ,323, and 3\4 . there were three names in chargesheet of me and my father and mother . my father and mother surrender in cgm court and got bail on same day as there were same day order of high court, but court rejected to give my same day order. court is also not taking charge sheet as saying charge sheet wil only be submited with main accused husband. so is there any way that i surrender in court and got bail on same day.

you can approach thew allahabad highcourt and get a stay on the arrest.
