'Iam a 29 year old and my wife at the time of marriage she &her; father told me she is same age .but originally she is 9 years older than me&her; family hiding her psychic problems hide from me .iam trapped. its intercaste marriage.intercaste marriage i have no problem.but age &her; mental problem hide from me .i want to know can i file cheating case against her family?

1) Inter-caste marriage means, u might hv engaged in love marriage in which her parents involvement might be nil or negligible.
2) Before u proceed what evidence do hv to show that her actual age and psychiatric illness is suppressed by their parents.
3) Age cannot be any ground for legal action against anyone. What is the degree of mental illness whether curable is important. U may get the treatment from a reputed psuchiatrist.
