Legal Question in Family Law in India

II have filed 498a... My husband wants me to quash it.....but I want mutual divorce which he doesn't want to give so th the can blackmail me later... How should I proceed so that I definitely get divorce..... I wanted to make MOU for divorce and file mutual divorce.... and then go for quashing but I don't think he will agree for this... If I get my 498 a quashed first then he will not give me divorce...what should I do?

Dear Client if u donot trust husband then continue with 498 a. If he is not ready for mutual divorce then u can file contested divorce on grounds like mental cruelty. For any legal help call me on 9422611385
