Legal Question in Family Law in India
Hi, i am from india, i got married in march 2007, and she is left from my house after a 1 month and after that she is for 3 days with me then again she is going to her mother house then again she is with me again going to her mother house after 2 year she said we cant live together then i am going for forever and i am not giving u divorce and taking money from u and till now i am going almost every month to court but she come not can u plz give me advicce what should i do or is it possible to 1 sided divorce every country have a law when spouse live not together then some country have a law when u n ur spouse since 3 years living not together then u can take divoce for one sided either another want or not and some country have after 2 years the same. so india have also this law or not , not after 2 or 3 years may be 5 years plz help me
