Legal Question in Family Law in India

We are from India and staying in India. My wife has left with two sons age 7 and 12 to her brother's home after small wear and tear, under influence of my in laws. Both my Sons missed out schools and exams too, she did not even take school leaving certificate for further schooling of kids. Since past three moths i do not even know about their exact whereabouts, and am being not allowed to communicate/access to my wife and kids by my in laws and they are only hell bent on their demands being expressed to my relatives. They and herself only want divorce, maintenance's, properties, children etc, but they are not even filing for divorce. I do not want divorce, but want wife and kids back to lead normal life for good of kids future. I have one property in my name and another joint name. She has been house wife with no income at all. How do i get custody of kids, what happens to my both properties and how i get back my wife ? What time-frames such matters take for custody or if she files divorce ? Please advise.

1) Since u want ur wife, issue RCR thru experienced local family law expert lawyer of repute.

2) If she comes its ok. If refuses, then the case is in ur favour.

3) Other things will be decided as per her decision in RCR.
